Due to the nature of the product (natural ingredients and direct contact with skin), there are no returns or exchanges on wax products, including unused.


We want you to feel your absolute best in Shaka Surf Supply apparel. We want you to be happy and feel totally epic, so if your purchase is not what you had expected, doesn’t fit or is unsuitable, we offer you a choice of re-selection or a credit voucher within 14 days of placing your order (payment date on order receipt emailed to you) as long as the item is unworn, unmarked and undamaged. This credit voucher has a 12 month use by date. You will however, need to pay for shipping both ways, as we are a small business operation.

Re-selecting is simple, just email us on hello@shakaactive.com.au and we will discuss any queries you may have in regards to your purchase. You will need to return your item to us first at your own expense, including any faulty items. We will do our best to achieve a quick, easy solution and you’re free to choose anything else in our collections, or opt for a credit voucher once we have received your return. We strongly encourage using the original packaging, and re-labelling this, to save on plastics and paper waste.


If you wish to exchange and re-select another item, please include a self-addressed postage bag with the item(s) returned. The item(s) returned must be in the condition they were sold in, as we strongly believe in reducing wastage and our impact with production.


The items must be:

    • unworn
    • unmarked
    • have all original tags/labels attached, if any
    • be accompanied by an original online receipt - emailed

In the unusual event of faulty or damaged goods, we will assess the item once we receive it back from you. If deemed as faulty, you can choose between a full refund, replacement (if stock is available), or credit voucher with 12 month expiry.

Please ensure all returns/exchanges are sent via registered post so you can track and trace your item. Please note Shaka Surf Supply is not responsible in the case of delivery losses or delays and we recommend a service that offers tracking. We track all items sent.


Please note:

    • Our vouchers have 12 month expiry
    • DISCOUNTED and/or SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged if they do not fit, are unsuitable, or if you change your mind. This includes all items using discount codes online.
    • Any and all refunds will be made to the original method of payment if an item is found to be faulty
    • We do not accept cruel or foul language or negativity towards our team - let’s keep this process kind and friendly, we all want the best outcome for all involved but we do need to stick strongly by these terms and conditions outlined
