By placing an order on our website, you are entering into a purchase agreement with us. In order to make this purchase, you will be providing us with some of your personal details. Where we strive to make all information, descriptions, example of colours and marketing materials as accurate as possible, this information is subject to activity on the site and may not on occasion, be accurate. Shaka Surf Supply cannot accept responsibility for these inaccuracies, nor be held in any way responsible for the result of direct or indirect consequence occurring from an inaccuracy or performance on this website.

Shaka Surf Supply does not guarantee that the website will be free from viruses, or that access to the website will be uninterrupted.

Please note that all discount codes applied will deem the item ‘as is’ and final sale and will not be available for any refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

If a product you have selected in your order isn’t available, you will either receive an email or telephone call to discuss an alternative to best suit your needs.

On placing your order you will receive and email notification confirming receipt of your order. This email does not indicate a transactional activity. Once payment has been processed through our secure gateway, we will process your order and send to you. Where we will make every possible effort to deliver your order within the time frame set out by our courier or Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage or delay once in transit. A tracking number will be allocated to your order by our courier or Australia Post, so you can track and trace.

You must be 18 years of age or over and be using a credit card or payment method from a recognised financial institution to place an order on our site.

Sometimes we have to amend, change, or correct information on our website without notice. If an inaccuracy or malfunction occurs, we reserve the right not to fill any orders until all information has been correctly restored. We cannot be made liable if the website is unavailable at any time.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed incorrectly, including at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error information received from our manufacturers or suppliers, Shaka Surf Supply has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Shaka Surf Supply also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Shaka Surf Supply will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

PURCHASING OF SALE ITEMS

  • Shaka Surf Supply does not offer price matching for items purchased prior to a sale.

  • Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned, unless faulty.

  • Please allow up to an extra 48 hours for your products to be shipped out due to the influx of orders during sale peak times.

  • Discount codes are not valid for sale items, unless this code is for the sale itself. Only one code per order can be accepted.

If Shaka Surf Supply is found responsible for any damages, Shaka Surf Supply is responsible for actual damages from direct product only. In no event shall Shaka Surf Supply, be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
